Aruba 5/25, 5/26

Monday 5/25 - another beautiful Aruba day! The big food shopping done at Lings! Wanted to go try some long exposure photography and went up to the coast by the lighthouse. Total dope I am...left the camera mount for the tripod back at the room. I did manage a shot with just the camera on a rock..but need to go back and play some more. Here is a practice shot;

The rest of the day was sun and sand and a drinkin my hand! Dinner tonite with friends at Bingos! The wait staff are all from Holland. See picture below;

Meal was ok. Menu has changed a bit. Why do all the good places start mixing it all up and then they turn crappy? We also heard Amadeus closed. Not really surprised. Last year we did not care for our meals and I had made a note we probably would not go back.

Tues 5/26 - Massage day at Spa DeSol! Relaxing and amazing and oh good Lord did I need that!

The wind has finally got back to normal and the beach is fine. It had been pretty bad last week. Maryann and I walked the beach all the way down to the Ritz Carlton. Nice walk...jump in water cool off and keep walking.  Dinner tonite we ate in with Maryann and Ricky and BBQ steaks and was a nice relaxing evening.
